So... all we can do now is wait? Well... I did try... switch browser, reinstall origin, try other account, create new account, running a back door program, Etc. but nothing seem to work... I know this problem is on the other side but is there really no other way we can fix this on our own?

I have the exact problem. I wanted to return to the game after years and now I just have to wait for the Keep to come back to life.
