Earlier on this thread they said they were aware of the issue and had experts looking into it (3 days ago, though). I hope this is actually the case.

But your experience - and the general lack of updates - worries me that they don't seem to be taking it seriously. If they're scraping for problems on our end, it might mean they're not looking into the real issue.

I know it isn't a case of logging in on different things because I play on xbox one. I only use my phone for the keep. I am hoping it isn't simply them doing away with the keep. I love the taoestry. I've had more world states because I can alrer it without needing to replay a game to alter one thing.

Four bloody days. Still not fixed and still no word from EA. Just when I get back to DAI and just when I have enough time to play as much as I want, the Keep is not working. I am getting livid.

EA/Bioware * up the ME franchise, then the Anthem. It seems they struggle with DA too... Atleast they could have answer here or on Twitter just to know they pay attention to the community.
