As a person in the Tech Support field I can say its one thing to have an issue troubleshooting problems or working on resolving them - but the fact that its been radio silent for the past 24 hours is ridiculous.

(18.05.2019) Just letting you guys know, I spoke to someone at EA and they said it's a relatively widespread issue with the Dragon Age Keep and their team is aware of it and currently working to fix it 👍

I recently finished DA2 and loaded up Keep to import my file so I could excitedly start DAI. I logged in just fine, but I keep getting the "Oops and error has occurred". I play on Xbox and don't have origins downloaded so I am uncertain what way I can fix this or if this is something I need to wait out to be fixed.

I just beat hard playthrough last night and was starting my first nightmare playthrough today. This issue is still happening as of right now. It will only let me start with a default world state instead of what is loaded into the keep.

Some sort of an eta or update would be lovely. The official twitter shows nothing at all about the issue. There isn't even an option to sign into the EA servers on my xbox one right now.
