@1of4 Have you followed the instructions for obtaining the soundtrack, found here? Note the part about signing in with your EA account, not your gamertag (your gamertag must be associated with your EA account, of course.You can find instructions on how to do that here, if necessary).
If you have and you're sure you're using the correct account, please contact a game advisor, which you can do here. This unfortunately does seem to be an issue for some people with GotY on the Xbox One (unsure about other platforms), but previous users have had success with contacting support.
If you use the live chat function, please be aware that the estimated wait time tends to be incorrect until it gets under 4 or 5 minutes. If you're left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, try a different browser. Also, live chat and telephone options are only available during operating hours of the country you connect to (you can switch countries using the menu in the upper left corner of the contact page. It tends to default to the US).
