Dragon Age: Inquisition

Where to begin my fellow Inquisitioners?

Since Dragon Age: Inquisition first released it's pre-order date, I was excited, hell I was beyond hyped. I paid my $70.00 for my deluxe pre-ordered DAI.

I awaited patiently for the game to finally be released, though to my surprise I was deceived. Not only had I paid extra for nothing, but I could not connect to Dragon Age Keep, or Multiplayer.

At first I thought this to be my connection problem, so I thought I would just enjoy the single player till I went back home for Christmas. Once arriving home for Christmas I connected to the wifi, and the same problems. I then used my brother's laptop, logged onto my Origin account and what do you know, it works perfectly fine. To my understanding these issues are only occurring with my laptop so I did everything I could; I unistall origin completely like the site shows, I uninstalled dragon age, I reinstalled both, I even made sure origin and DA were allowed through my firewall.

So to sum it up...

-I can not access the deluxe version items I PAID for.

-I can not access multiplayer.

-I can not access Dragon Age Keep.

-Expansions? HA best of luck if I ever see them.

-Not a damn thing Origin/EA/Bioware has done to help this problem.

At this point I'm fed up and wondering how the hell i can get a refund.

I think this needs a stopper from a CM with a plain answer and a lock.

You can get a refund within 24 hours of launching the game.

Reinstall/clean windows. it is obvious problem is your laptop, not the game/origin

Just to clarify, you're saying to back up my stuff and wipe my laptop clean?

You could do that or just try to clean windows and scan for viruses/malware
