Here is your problem:

Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
       Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Chip type: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
           DAC type: Internal
         Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0166&SUBSYS_181B103C&REV_09
     Display Memory: 1696 MB
   Dedicated Memory: 64 MB

The game requires:

Minimum:
OS: Windows 7 or 8.1 64-bit
CPU: AMD quad core CPU @ 2.5 GHz, Intel quad core CPU @ 2.0 GHz
System RAM: 4 GB
Graphics CARD: AMD Radeon HD 4870, NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
Graphics Memory: 512 MB
Hard Drive: 26 GB
DirectX 10

Sorry but the game cannot run on that computer. That is a laptop so, you will not be able to upgrade the graphics card to a real, stand alone graphics card. You will need a new computer or, you can contact Origin/EA and ask about getting a refund.

Hello all, I've over 100 hrs. in game, and last night when I went to log off the game would not shut down, so I con/alt/del and force shut down. This morning, I go to launch, and I don't even get to the Bioware Splash screen, however the flashing Icon in the lower right corner disappears, and my DA mouse pointer pops up!! No sound, So I hit con/enter, and a blurry mess appears with all different swirling colors and bubbles, animated from bottom to the top of the screen when I hit the X button to try and close the window. Have all the latest drivers, updated VCREDIST, and all of that, verified my game files in Origin, all other games are working, whats up.

EDIT: I ran both Origin and Dragon Age as Administrator, then it worked :D

Tried This, No Love. (update from device manager) Radeon says I have all the latest drivers, Crimson etc.

This time I got a "GetDeviceRemoveReason" Message. DirectX encountered an error and Win10 disabled or removed DirectX, since you cant uninstall DirectX in Win10, I'm going to reinstall it and Ill let you know how it goes.

I just want to clarify that it was running totally fine and being enjoyed. I am not sure what made Dragon Age not work..and no longer launch. I've attempted the listed possibilities and it is still not responsive. I've provided a link to my direct x diagnosis

@Elija_Black If you use AVG, please disable it or create an exception for DAI. A recent AVG update conflicst with DAI IF you have an Nvidia GPU. Usually creating an exception or disabling AVG works but, a few have had to uninstall AVG and go to a differnt antivirus such as BitDefender or Avast.
