Dragon Age Inquisition can't start (PC -- onboard video)

This info on the AVG solution was very helpful to me.  I was having the same issue and just launched AVG, went to where I had my Dragon Age Inquisition installed and I put exceptions on those mentioned files.  Yet another thanks from a happy gamer.

Hey! This helped me so much! The only difference for me was that I had to put the whole download file in the exceptions. But it was AVG. I appreciate you're thread

Same thing happened to me today... I felt like replaying the game and it wouldn't load. I disabled Avast for an hour and now it loaded. Weird...
