Dragon Age Inquisition installtion problems

I was installing the game with discs and I typed in the code and it got accepted but then the installtion stoped working and I had to cancel. Then I tryed to install the game again but now it woudn´t accept my code. The game didn´t turn up in the game libary  so now I can´t install the game. Does anyone know how to fix this? The support are closed down the 24th and 25th so I can´t call them.
