Dragon Age Inquisition graphic glitch everything changing colors

So the game boots up fine but when it's time to play the ground is blinking in and out, My Inquisitor's hair is blue or neon green and the trees are flashing pink and Everything is flashing in and out. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix?

Is this on PC or console?

If this is PC try to repair the game in Origin.

If you mod your game, it could be an issue with texture mods you may have installed. If this is the case, reinstalling or removing altogether may fix the issue.
