Dragon Age Inquisition can't change party members

Have Dragon Age Inquisition deluxe edition for xbox one.  Began having issues where I can't change between party members.  Have saved and restarted a game, works for a few minutes, then stops again.

Yeah, it is happening to me to. It makes healing impossible, which makes Adamant rather hard.
