Dragon Age Inquisition WILL NOT LAUNCH.

Simple, not so simple... I installed the game, (I bought it on steam) and the game will not launch. EA App will not let me download game on it. 

Link2EA pops up briefly but cuts out. I tried running both game and app as Admin, but nothing. Did a clean boot on my PC, and other stuff as I have been with support for 3 hours now. Nothing...

What's the exact message? Since May, I've had a bug where Mass Effect 1 (original) will not download, and I get the error message "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again." There's a thread about it here.

If you have the same error message, the problem might be the same, but unfortunately EA does not know what causes this or how to solve it.

There was no error message, for nothing launched. I did a factory reset on my PC and kept the personal files. Didn't even need to reinstall it once everything set up. Afterwards, it launched no problem. I don't know why that worked or why I had to. But that is the only fix for now.
