Dragon Age Inquisition Quest Issue

I am unable to finish the quest "Trouble with Darkspawn". I get all the way to the part where you head to Echoback Fort to confront Servis and he doesn't appear just the other enemies. It is not possible for me to go back to an earlier save. I have tried shutting down the game an restarting, leaving the Western Approach and coming back nothing works. From reading the forums it looks like I am not alone in experiencing this issue. Is there any way this can be looked into and possibly a solution found? This is super frustrating.

Servis usually dies with some sort of stealth ability enabled. that makes him fade in and out. you just have to stay where he fell and wait for him to be visible and you can click on him and have him sent to Skyhold or, let him die there. I think what happens is people don't wait, or miss the short moment's he is visible and, think he is just gone when all you needed to do was wait.
