Dragon Age Inquisition Preload (Brazil)

Quick question - I did the preorder for Dragon Age Inquistion (from origins, Brazil), the preload says it start at 14/11 at 9 AM, however now is 11 AM and the downloading option does still does not show up. I tried change origins default langague (at first it was on english, but the date still the same and no downloading option, I changed to portugues (brazil) and same thing).

@Avankaine Hey, sorry for any confusion here. The first preload block starts at 9AM Pacific Standard Time so there's about 2 and a half hours to go.
