I would like to know when will the pre-load be availabe as well as the game release time in Brazil

Brazil launches at the same time as North America so on the 18th of November and pre-load is generally 2 days before.

You may wanna check that Kristi you advertised pre-loading on 11/14 at 9am.

Perhaps "About" wasn't enough of a qualifier in this case. Note that this is 9AM PST, so the first preload block should start in about 2 hours.

It's 13:09 PM, I'm in Canada and I still can't preload or get any email that say i can, is it normal

Origin took the code I got from preordering through Amazon but no preload has started in my library. Am I missing something here..?
