Dragon Age: Inquisition Auto closing

The thing I love about EA is its Great game guarantee.  I've asked for a refund and it's already approved.  I will purchase the game again when I know it's fixed.  Good luck to everyone else experiencing this error.

I got past the scene after Character Creation but the game still closes. Urgent help is needed, want to play the game so bad D:
