Unreadable disc error every ten minutes makes it impossible to play Dragon Age Inquisition on xbox 360- have tried clearing cache, reloading disc 1- nothing works. When will there be a patch to address this specific issue?

I know they are aware this is an issue for many players.  They are working on solutions for many issues.  Like any new game its not a matter of if but when.  Hopefully sooner rather than later.  The problem is not everyone has the same issues.
