DirectX Function Error

Whenever I try to travel to the Western Approach, my game crashes. I can travel to at least the Hinterlands, the Storm Coast, and the Forbidden Oasis without any issues, but the Western Approach has crashed every time. I've repaired the game and rebooted my PC, I've disabled the in-game origin, played in windowed mode, added and removed '-novid -noborder' from the command line, and tried a couple of other "solutions" that I found by googling the first part of the error. Nothing has worked so far. I've attached a png of the error and a dxdiag in the hopes that someone smarter than me can help.

Update: Not entirely sure what fixed it, but I went down the following list:

Updated all drivers

Cleared my Origin Cache

Cleaned registry and cleared temp files

Flushed DNS cache

Ensured the game had exceptions in my anti-virus

re-installed the game

and performed a clean boot

Update: Not entirely sure what fixed it, but I went down the following list:
