So, basically, you're saying we shouldn't hold our breath for a patch to fix issue.....?mileyfrustrated:

Getting the same direct X errors as many others have... working on a few fixes right now including the PhysX suggestions, etc.

Same issue. Getting a DXerror due to badly formed commands. This seems to occur at a random amount of time, but mostly during cutscenes.

I get the same errors as others when i'm trying to start the game.

I changed my settings from "very hight" to "hight". I play the game one hour and there is no problem with "DirectX error" still..

I cant believe that this many people have this same problem and yet we hear nothing of a fix or even a f*** off from them. I really want to play this game and I cant even get past the cutscene with Cassandra.

Ever consider that they're working on it? Have you tried any of the fixes listed? All I had to do was reinstall my drivers and restart my comp and it works just fine for me now.

I have tried every "fix" that has been posted on these forums as well as others. Nothing is working for me. I would just like some word on it. I am just frustrated and really want to play, but obviously I cant.

This worked for me too.
Spec-wise, I *CAN* and *SHOULD* be able to play on Ultra. I can get through character creation and the first bit of the opening cutscene no problem.
It crashes when I get to the tied up scene, with the DirectX error.
Setting my options to the "high" profile setting fixes this.

Getting the same DirectX hung error as everyone else
changed the physx to cpu but when I checked my clock speeds it was like, almost 400 below??? am I gonna blow up my computer if I set it to the 928 that appears to be base instead of the 500 something it was at before?
