I bought a second hand copy of DAI. It is patched up to version 1.11 and it works fine but the black emporium dosent show up at all on the war table .l have looked on the xbox store and it is not available as a download so I'm thinking that it was added to the game via patch? . But it's not showing up at all and xbox store has it but says not to be sold separately. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Can I ask if you play on Xbox 360 or Xbox One?
Black Emporium has been released as a free DLC for DAI, not in a patch. Version for Xbox One should be available here. And for Xbox 360 here.

I'm on xbox one and l clicked on your link it's the same as the xbox one store but l get no option to download it!?..Do I have to have EA access? ..l have an origin account. I'm signed in on my xbox. .it says have access to this download when u sign into your Microsoft account., aren't l signed in automatically when l turn on my xbox? .l have automatic sign in enabled.

The fact that it's a second-hand copy shouldn't affect the ability to download free DLCs from the Xbox Store.
Can I ask in what region have you set up your Xbox account?

I need the black emporium dlc to transfer my data from 360 to xbox one, but it won't let me download the dlc the black emporium. I have no idea what to do. I have tried so many things and searched for so many answers

I think I know why. According to the xbox store it says the black emporium is included in the GOTY and the game bundle versions of the game. No other version! !
EA must of pulled it from the store not to be able to download separately !..so if u want the BE used have to buy the GOTY or bundle versions!!.
