I played the quest in ~February without any issues in the English version of the game. This is a fresh install of the German version.
Now, if I open the door, the game crashes immediately, I can just about see the start of the video sequence opening the door before the game stops. No issues in other parts, I can do just about anything in Haven and Hinterlands but not open that door.
The game is up to date and has all Addons except for the 2 Multiplayer, Soundtrack and English language pack.
I tried:
Repair DAI
All sorts of different graphic settings. Mantle, DirectX, low, med, high, ultra, custom, auto
Fullscreen, Fullscreen Borderless and Windowed.
With that shortcut option (-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+) and without
Tested two new starts (save games)
With Action! (Mirillis screenshot tool) running and without
With Origin enabled ingame and without
Several fresh reboots
With XBox controller and with keyboard/mouse.

but since other videos play fine...
I am now going to uninstall the German version and install the English one.
