DAI PS4 Unable To Connect To Server

★ Novice

I'll try to give a play by play of my situation.

Purchased and downloaded DAI from the PSN about two years ago. Dragon Age servers worked fine. PS4 started to have some issues so I traded it in for a slim. Didn't bother saving old save files because I planned on playing the game another 1-2 times with new characters. Initialize old PS4 Changed my email for PSN account. Load all games onto new PS4 with no problem. DAI is able to download all content fine, but I am unable to connect to Dragon Age servers. Talk to agent on the phone, he is able to connect EA account with PSN account (new email, same username). Still unable to connect to Dragon Age server. Customer Portal shows account is connected. Talk to agent again, he basically just runs me through basic troubleshooting (restart system, update system software, check internet connection, uninstall/reinstall game, try connecting with different account). He then has me do a yellow trace or u trace or something, but the specialist who is working with the agent leaves to go on his break so agent tells me to hang up and call later. Nothing works so I initialize new PS4 Slim. Still doesn't connect to Dragon Age server, but when I go through the EA help portal again I'm unable to select an option to have an agent call/contact me, neither with old case number (36103906) nor with creating new case. The only options I haven't tried is restore licences and rebuild database, but I figured initializing my PS4 does the same thing right?

The main thing I want is for my Dragon Age keep to be imported to my PS4. I know the changes aren't night and day but I still like how the "flavor" of certain quests/areas/people changes based on keep choices. If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it.

Just restored licences and rebuilt database, neither did anything. Didn't mention yesterday, but the case I opened (#36103906) was closed even though my issue was never resolved. The agents unilaterally decided my case was over and just closed it.
