Same issue with 2 x GTX 780 SLI here too.

Same issue here with 2x GTX 780 SLI as well and it does go away if SLI is disabled (although so does half of my framerate)

Hi everyone,
This is what helped me:
Turn off v-sync in game
In the NVCPL > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > DAI
Only place I get flickering now is in Haven.
Running on 3x GTX680-2GD5s (344.75)
EDIT: Also, I have the in game settings on "Automatic" which I believe sets it to HIGH settings. I don't think I have enough VRAM for ULTRA. It still looks awesome.
EDIT2: Also, turn off Origins In-Game overlay. This is actually pretty important.

I also have bad SLi related flickering in the game - Also it appears as though Post-effects causes major slow down if set to ultra.

It's not an Nvidia issue. I also have texture flickering and strange graphical artifacts flying across the screen during cutscenes. I run two AMD Radeon HD 6870 1GB in Crossfire.

i also have this problem, it is less pronounced with the latest driver, but still there. For me, it appears to be a SLI problem. I run my games in SLI and let the driver decide the setting. When i installed the latestest driver (1 nvdia released tuesday), there was no flickering, but i forgot to set up SLI. And when i turned on SLI, the flickering was back. Dropping SLI is not an option, fps dropped into 20s-30s.
