DA:I absurdly long startup and load times.

Hi all, I just installed Dragon Age: Inquisition. When I launch the game from Origin, it takes 3-5 minutes to load to the main menu. I tried to create a character and the loading screen before character customization took 10 minutes!
I know this isn't normal, but my search for solutions has been unfruitful.

I have two SSDs, the game was installed on one, and then I uninstalled and reinstalled to the other SSD to see if that was the problem, but it didn't fix it.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: GeForce RTX 2080 Super
RAM: 32 GB

I fixed it by setting the .exe to "Run As Administrator."
