DA: DLC purchase question

My sister lives in Japan and wants to play the new dragon age dlc, but doesn't have a credit card so wants me (in South Africa) to log into her account from my pc and purchase it here.

Will this work or will it lock her out from playing it?

I think there may be a legal issue if the prices are different in Japan compared to South Africa, but as far as I'm aware, EA won't actually ban her for that.

To be safe, you should probably contact official support first at http://help.ea.com/contact-us

Or, if possible, give your sister your credit card info and let her purchase it from Japan.
