I've been struggling with this problem for a long time. I contacted EA via FB but they were not able to help me and they said that only here I can get help. This is a bug on EA's side, which for some reason is very specific and probably hardly anyone had a problem with it because I don't believe that only I have such bad luck.

@Pieciakoss With Google translates help, I think you're having issues getting your custom world state to import, you've tried clearing your origin cache & you've made sure you're logged in to both Origin and the game on the same account you use for the Keep? Does the world state has a green tick/checkmark in the Keep? This unfortunately has been an issue for some players on and off for some time, and something that works for one doesn't necessary work for someone else.

Something that worked for some people on PC is to go to Options > Account and unmark all 3 boxes. Restart the game, log in by clicking the bottom left corner (of course, make sure it's the same account you're using for the keep). Again, doesn't work for everyone, but worth trying.
