Your video drivers are ridiculously antique, out of date!

iv played this game on this alienware its only 4 yrs old running 7 so it should be good

Hitch...your comp is an Alienware, a gaming laptop computer, yet the DiaX file doesn't show any graphics card beyond the Intel piece of *...which means for some reason the MAIN graphics card that SHOULD be there isn't showing up, or installed correctly with drivers. So I imagine the issue is a setting in the computer or a issue with a driver install that isn't allowing, the most likely, Nvidea card to be used, thus the game is trying to run on the Intel piece of * and crashing. So first step is to get the main card up and going and then see if that doesn't fix it.

FYI, nVIDIA stopped producing mobile PC graphics with a complete set of operating functions. The Optimus core chip contains only a BACK half, no front half, so the Intel chip is always handling that (missing front end) part, and slowing the back half down in so doing. The DxDiag is reporting the Geforce Optimus model further down in its report.
Comparing a desktop GTX 760 to this "half of a processor" is almost day and night, they are quite far apart. It won't handle newer Frostbite games particularly well.

Your query was answered accurately. Your drivers were next best to useless, they were so old.

So I have looked in this entire thread and nothing is working for me.
I don't have AVG, but just in case it was my anti-virus I did disable it. Didn't do anything. I use AMD, but the fix for mantle did not apply to me (the first comment talked about searching for the second find of mantle and setting it to disabled, there is only one find for mantle. The second post says set that one mantle find to 0 and it already was for me, just in case I set it as a user command and it still had no effect). I have repaired the game, I have reinstalled the game, I have disabled Origin in game, I have rapidly pressed Esc during load up, I have made sure the Shader Cache was set to off, I have deleted the license for the game, and I'm probably missing one or two things people have tried but did not work for me. I don't know how to disable sound, I also don't know how to disable the second display driver if it's trying to pull from that (it seemed like it was a mantle issue, but as I have stated, it's already set to what the fix says to set it to).
it is always the same with no variation: Game opens a black window, black window full screens, window crashes.

My review of your DxDiag Report form revealed no trouble flags that I recognized waving at me, sorry. You may need the Official Customer Support people instead of us (try Help Center's Game Advisers next).

Was having the same issue, start up hit a black screen back to desktop. So I temporarily disabled AVG to check and lo and behold it worked fine. Hope this helps the AVG users. Oh yeah don't forget to add it to exception list.

I'm having the same issue. Black screen for a second or two and then back to desktop. I used to be able to play this game just fine. Last time was back in may. I'm not sure my video drivers are completely up to date but the last time I updated was less then a month ago. I tried a bunch of things in this thread but so far it hasn't worked.
