Crash to desktop during traveling/ can't travel anymore (worldmap and wartable)

hello there since some of you here seem to have answers for everything here is my beg for help post:

i can't travel at all from skyhold (always crash to desktop) since i tried to change my graphic settings and talked with the specialists. i literally cant play the game at the moment and already had other several minor immersion breaking bugs/glitches (which is odd for a several year old AAA game) before my game run quite stable most of the time.

i already lowered the graphic settings to previous.

i already repaired the game via origins.

i already searched for help but most threads are 6 years old and don't have the issue i am having. i also asked on discord and even there ppl either can't help or never had these issues.

beside the game breaking travel bug the other smaller issues are:

- camp guards levitating like standing on an alpha wall

- camp guards deep diving into walls and grounds

- companions randomly attacking animals 

- during fight controled companion gets stuck and doesnt move till he get damaged

- npcs flying in light speed to certain locations

yes, i have mods installed. (which was a quite tedious work till some of them worked) but i don't run many mods and already just use the ones again which worked for me till skyhold. 

i am not sure but i assume this all happened after:

- i tried to install winterpalace mods (you know better fitting attire and bring all companions to winterpalace)  (already desinstalled again)

- trying to change graphic settings from medium/high to high/ultra (already changed back)

but it still crashes and i repaired the game already too. i am really annoyed, sad and confused atm

@m4dk4p It sounds like you might have some sort of mod related clash. Have you tried just taking all of your mods out and seeing if it works? Then add them back one by one (it will be extremely tedious) until you find one that has issues.

oh nooo i knew this would come tried to avoid this. but well seems there is no other way even my game works when i am in skyhold or on certain maps like oasis, stormcoast, emerald graves. very strange. if everything wouldn't work i would have done this already but thank you

EDIT:  someone here told me to repair the game so i did this first before disbaling all mods. then my game started to lag immediately and i can't even get correctly into main menue and can't play the game at all. then i disabled all mods and now my game lags even more and even sound is bugging. WHAT IS THIS?

if a 6 year old AAA game can't handle repair and about 10 mods to run stable there is something horrible wrong with this game even i made a few mistakes (obviously). very close to a refund.

Did you disable or remove the mods entirely? Also, did you try repairing the game after you disabled/removed them?

I did remove all mods and i repaired the game 3 times it made everything worse  

today i tried it again and suddenly i got smoothly into mainscreen but when i tried to load the game it tells me i need latest version :D so i clicked on the game and updated it and what happend? yea you guessed it: it still wants me to install latest version :D 

i want start a new playthrough after 128 hours into the game with careful selected decisions and character creation. this game begs for a refund if you ask me - but maybe you have some other helpful ideas. i mean like really helpful ones i will welcome them with open arms.

edit: will keep this thread open/unsolved till i get some serious useful help for my special problem. i hope you understand.

EDIT: i tried to change patch number from 11 to 12,13,14,15,16,18,20,22 and 33 and it still says install last patch LMFAO :D

update: got the game work still don't know what the reason was sadly. but now despite running quite smoothly the approval notifications of cassandra are gone... i wanna cry a bit
