Connecting to dragon age keep

I had already had an ea account it had the same email as my psn so I set up on dragon age keep and from what i read since everything was the same email it should all connect when i log on in dragon age inquisition but now my psn wont even connect to ea witch it already was but after trying to start on dragon age keep wasnt
