Actually I do not have a question, but I wanted to put this out there for those with launching issues due to weak computers.
I ran Dragon Age Inquisition successfully on my Surface Pro 3 i5 265GB for more than 100hours (even if I had to "repair" the game sometimes to start it).
Yesterday I played with the display resolution and set it too high. The game crashed and since then did not start for me any more.
It ran in a window in the background, and when I clicked the window it crashed. You can use Origins command line arguments, but I do not know how.
Instead, you can use the following file to preset the resolution, start the game and then adapt it in the game menu.
To launch the game in Windowed mode:
This is not a crash-fix, but a simply workaround in case the resolution is too much for your weak computer's heart ;-)

I personally had the problem of activating Mantle, to see if it would work better (I have an AMD Radeon), only to have it stop opening as a result.
Deactivated it through this file.
Thanks for the help!
