Can this computer run DA:I?

I thought I could run Dragon Age: Inquistion which it can, but on the lowest settings and freezing every two minutes. Since my birthday is coming up I was thinking of getting a new computer and was wondering if either of these would work.

None of those are really that powerful to run this game, to be honest with you.

You'd still struggle.
