Can't sign into Origins account for Dragon Age Keep in DA:I [ Edited ]

I am trying to play Dragon Age Inquistion on Xbox One and I am wanting to play it in my created world, however the sign in for Origins on Xbox One must be broken. I keep getting prompted to make a new Origins account with no option to sign in to an already existing account. I thought maybe if I entered my ID that it would possibly prompt me to connect to a pre-existing one, but instead it just says the Origin ID already exists. Is there another way that I can get to my account, for god's sake I am playing on a gamer tag directly connected to previous EA account games like the first Dragon Ages and MEs. Thank you.

Finally got it all worked out after this next morning. If you are having this problem more than likely there is a desyncrinzation between you gamertag or PS account information and your Origins Account information. The specialist I had to talk to was only available during certain hours but the problem was that it was a really old e-mail account I didn't have access to. Just go to customer support as the Community Manager has down below and start a chat session with either the desyn/mismatch or that you need to change account information that is causing the bug. After it is all squared away it may set your keep data back along with some other game data connected to the Origin account but it was the only way for this to work. Works for me now.

Having same issue. Origion is asking you to create a new account. If I try to enter an existing account it says that name is already taken, obviously. Is there no way to log in with my exisitng account?

same issue, think i may have made it worse, tried to make a "new" ID, just to see if it would prompt for email. never did, but now it signs me in to a non-existant ID

I tried the same thing so now I deleted it and am trying to re-download it because it doesn't also give you the choice to disconnect it the e-mailess account that you have just created. Also I am contacting support but I am not accepting the reply as an acceptable answer until at least some one reports a resolved case of this.

Same problem with me on PS4. I chatted with someone at EA. My PSN id is tied to an older email of mine but it's on their end. They told me I had to wait for their specialist and contact them in about 6 hours.

heads up to anyone else, deleting it does not reset the origins id if you try to make one up like we did
