Can't install game with a redeem code

Brought Dragon age Inquisition as hard copy back when it first came out. Try installing it today but it was said to log into origin app and install the game through the app. However upon trying to enter the product code, it said that it already been redeem.  I know i only have one Origin account and i was sure that i never link this game to any other account. Is there anyway to install this game without going through the game app.

Please advise

You will need to play via Origin and you will need to use the Origin account your code was redeemed on.

If the product key doesn't work, the possibilities are that you received a used copy or a faulty product. In either case, you'd have to return it to the store where you bought it, but that's way too late now.
