Can't get to the davaarad, I have the keystone [ Edited ]

Help!! 

I'm on the Trespasser DLC, I have the keystone to get to the Davaarad, but I can't seem to get there? I just go in a loop to the crossroads, the broken tower, the shattered library, I can't figure this out! Is there a hidden eluvian that I'm missing? I spoke with the archivist, she allowed me to advance, but I get sent to the crossroads, and can't seem to find anyway to get to the Davaarad. Is it just the game's broken at this point and I'm better off starting over from scratch? 

Any ideas or advice is appreciated! I spent 3 hours trying to figure this out yesterday.
