Can't connect to Dragon Age Servers; Inquisition won't launch

I just installed Origin and Dragon Age: Inquisition on a new Win 10 64-bit computer.  When Dragon Age launches, it gets stuck on "Connecting to Dragon Age Server" and never connects.  Both Origin and DA are already on my Virus Protection's exempt list and both are set to automatically 'Run As Administrator'.  What else can I try?

There are a few other things we can try which might help with this. First, I'd recommend running through the rest of the basic troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website to see if that helps. 

If the game is still getting stuck at the same place after that check out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you have the chance. Thanks!
