Can`t change text languge ( Multilanguage game copy ) [ Edited ]

Bought multilanguage copy and finished game on my old notebook. Game was on ENGLISH.

Bought new PC and decided to install DA:I on it , so i could replay it when Patch 5 will be " live " . And game decided that it want`s to be on RUSSIAN !

1) Origin language is english.

2) In game folder are only RU files

3) Option in settings are locked to RU

4) Im from Latvia , so it defenetly not Russia Region

5) IT WAS on english when i played in past

How you can explain me , that my notebook has english version and PC locked to russian?

Soo....what to do?

Fixed it by deleting whole game and downloading it again.

P.S. You need to improve that " Origin " of yours. Cheers.
