Can't Access Dragon Age: Inquisition Digital Deluxe Content.

I am unable to access the Digital Deluxe content in Dragon Age: Inquisition.  I have downloaded/installed and reinstalled.  I thought it was because I was playing a save that existed before I had the content, but still can't access it after starting a new game.  I have a physical copy of the standard version of the game, which may cause the issue, but I'm not sure.  I'm playing it on the Playstation 4.  If anyone can steer me in the right direction, it will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for your help!
