OS Name -  Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium

Graphics Card - Nvidia Geforce GT 620m

Graphics Memory - 1gb

have sufficient hard drive space ?

I doubt it. The minimum Geforce card (8800 GT) is better than the GT620m according to this comparison:

It probably won't run well if it runs at all.  Your i5 is only dual core.  You do have 4 threads so the game will probably start up but it would run poorly if it did.  The video device doesn't help matters much.  Try it with everything on low if you already own the game.  Do turn off antialiasing, SSAO, Tesselation , and post process antlialiasing though.
