CAN'T IMPORT WORLD STATE

Hi guys.

I can't import my custom world state from Dragon Age keep into my Inquisition game. It keeps giving me the default world state. Does the Dragon Age keep not work? I'm very frustrated, and yes, I see this is a regular problem. I have read many other players sugestions, cleared my cache, unchecked everything in the ingame account, restarted, everything, NOTHING WORKS!

I am about to give up, very disappointed and frustrated. I have the game on PC, bought through Origin. If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it greatly. I don't know what to do anymore.

In Dragon Age Keep, does the the icon in the top right say "need to export", or does it have a green checkmark?

Also make sure that, in the main menu of the game, you're logged into the same account you used in the Keep.

Same exact issue. Super frustrated.
