Backstory not lining up with ingame content

So....I setup my keep backstory to line up with my playthoughts.

The salient points are as follows

- No baby w/Morrigan

- No romance with morrigan

- Morrigan got stabbed

Basically, i gave her the finger...

And then, to my surprise, she shows up, says she has a baby w/ the warden, and that they are together and he's off dealing with the calling (Keep says Leliana got that distinction).

Earlier Leliana said that SHE was in a relationship with the warden....

I'm confused, is my game messing up or did I miss something?
