So... I've checked all my possibilities. Im at 2/3 Tokens, Dwarft Assassin Leader never appeared.
Tried killing a lot of different assasin-type enemies, everywhere, from Carta Leader to Crestwood and Western Approach. When I got Crestwood unlocked, I was already done pretty much clearing the entire Western Approach, so now the only assassins I find are random spawns.
Tried even duplicating the tokens that I have, works with any other items BUT the tokens...
At this point I have no idea what else to do. I'm doing a solo playthrough and I really wanted my assassin spec... I don't wanna start all over again just for a **bleep** bug. Is there a way to cancel the quest and start again? I don't really care if I have to do that.
