Armor Models Missing

I completed the main storyline on a character,giving me access to the Golden Nug. I used it to sync all of my schematics etc. I then went on a different character (that had recently arrived at haven) and synced up the Golden nug. Now it seems all of the armor models that aren't from DLC are missing. Every armor model regardless of type is one of three models. I have gone on characters and saves that I had not yet synced with Golden Nug and the same problem persists. I then reinstalled the game and yet the problem still remains. I don't know what I can do.
