Archers Long Shot Not Working

Ok, so I just finished closing the breach and I went to storm coast to tdo the quest where I got Iron Bull on the team. I just added him and added his ability points. After that I go to kill some bandits that were on the beach and for some reason my Long Shot ability will not work now. It just remains red all the time. I dont know what to do to make this stop or if there is some reason for it that I am just too dumb to realize. Any help would be seriously appreciated. Thanks in advance!

hm, that is indeed strange... My humble tips would be:

- try to remove the skill from your hotbar and then put it in again/put it somewhere else, see if that works.

I had similar issue once wiht a mageskill (cant recall wich), it solved itself when I took control over one of my companions... Not saying it will help, but thats my puny tips :/
