All the record is lost

Hello,

We have Xbox One.  My kids play PVZ, I don't play, although they use my Xbox/Gole account.  

Just this morning, when they tried to play, they lost all the recors -- coins, characters, etc.  And multiplayer doesn't work either.  But there was no error message at all.

Are you having issues with your server or is something wrong with my record?  If it's your server, is there any web site shows the server status?  And if there is a problem with the account/record itself, how can you recover this?
