dragon age 2 disabled account when trying to log into server?

i recently was able to set up my ps3 for the first time in quite a few years and decided to restart DA2 so i can move it over to the Keep when i go to play Inquisition again

the problem seems to be when i go to sign into the dragon age server it tells me "this account has been disabled"

im not sure if its due to the recent thing where they are shutting down digital stores and all other related matters or if its because i havent logged in forever but im hoping that i can somehow fix this as i would like to be able to move my game data over

I’m not sure why your account is disabled but you will need to speak with an EA adviser to have this fixed up my friend.
