cant start game says its not installed

I uninstalled dragon age 2 doue to many issues. it says ive played 4 hours on this game,well ive actually spent 4 hours trying to make it work. would like to play it,but yeah. no sound,had to fight to get it sized for my screen,freezes during load screen after flemeth comes on scene.wont start the game,missing download,etc. come on.this is a new gaming computer.

Were you previously playing the game through EA Play? Did you play it through a different launcher before you tried playing it again most recently?
