Staff of Parathalan Free Unlock not working on Xbox 360

I go to Dragon Age promotional items unlock page select 360 and click the button to unlock the items i get about 3 of the items but no staff of parthalan which is what i actualie want i dont care about the other items i just want the staff sites i go on direct me to this site to get it.

I select the platform i want the items for which is 360 i click claime and the only items i get are lotherings lament and The far cliffs of kirkwall bothe are books. i wanted the staff of parthalan the weapon hawk is holding on the front cover of the game which is on the list of items you get  others hade the same problem communatie mannager eaeve on ea website said they fixed it for ps3 and 360. But i still dident get the staff i know others are still able to get the staff of parthalan how do i get it can they send me a code by email or are there other ways of getting it like fixing the site.

Basically i get 2 of the promo items they even light up in the unlockables page but the rest of the items arnet there i know others are having the same problem one person ea support said the game server could be corrupted thats why people may not be getting all the items.

It even says on the promo page http://social.bioware.com/da2/dlc_bundle/ that *These items are not available on the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 but it says on here if you choose 360 or ps3 as youre platform http://dragonage.bioware.com/da2/info/bonus_items/ you can get the items.

But i dont know if it says that just because there trying to fix it or not but i would like the items or even just these 2 The Staff of Parthalan and Fadeshear sward hope you or they can fix this because i know lots of people who still play want this fixed.
