No sounds in dlc [ Edited ]

The problem lies in the absence of character voices, all the additions are in a silent, nobody speaks, only subtitles. The game is patched. Reinstalling did not help.

2019 and STILL I have this problem with spanish version on origin. Same happend in dragon ager origins by the way. I solve this problem finally.

Download the dlc content

Open exe with with  https://www.7-zip.org

(Right click 7zip choose open)

Go to C:\Users\super\Downloads\DA2_ExiledPrince.exe\$_2_\addins\da2_prc_seb\module\

There, select audio archive; right click and choose "Copy to" . Select the directory, mine is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age II\addins\da2_prc_seb\module (That is the example for the exile prince dlc, with other dlc it changes in prc_XXX) . When copy put yes to all. Do it for Emporium, exile prince, legacy and the mark of the asassin.

I had the same problem, did this and now im still missing subtitles and instead of dialouge choices it say

Don't know if it'll still be useful to you but you should copy the whole addins folder into the main directory and say yes to all when asked if you wanna replace files. Do this for every dlc.
