Effect Flickering

I recently reinstalled DA2 to play through it again but all the effects (AA, SSAO, Blur, Depth of Field and Light Sources) Flicker i'm running latest drivers and can find nothing on similar issues. 

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

The last 7 nvidia driver updates have had a negative effect on Dragon Age II with out of focus backgrounds and other anomalies. I'm using version 399.24 without any issues.
