Dragon Age II for PS3 Help

I'm trying to Install Dragon Age II on my PS3 an it wont go to the main menu so I can play the game it has installed the latest update an the it starts to download the game data on to my HDD for my PS3. here is the Following it dose.

--------> Installing...

--------> 73% Total Progress

--------> 60% File Progress

--------> sits there for 10 minutes

Then it will jump to

--------> Installing...

--------> 100% Total Progress

--------> 100% File Progress

--------> skipping 74 - 99%

an it will just there at

--------> Installing...

--------> 100% Total Progress

--------> 100% File Progress

an do nothing I have left my system on all night an all day an still siting at

--------> Installing...

--------> 100% Total Progress

--------> 100% File Progress

Please help me before I break my Dragon Age II disk

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with installing Dragon Age 2 on PS3 

Can I ask if you've tried to perform any of the troubleshooting steps suggested by Sony in this article? Cleaning your disc with a soft cloth is also recommended.

Have you contacted Sony? This seems more a PlayStation problem than a Dragon Age one.

I have contacted Sony before hitting the forms an they did all the trouble shooting an said to contact you guys so there for it's a Biaware issue
