This afternoon I started the DLC Legacy, finished it, got back to Kirkwall, saved and exited the game. When I opened it again one/two hours later, the last available load was from 11/07, five days ago. Yes, I had Cloud Sync on.
I immediately checked my local saves and found out the folders from 12/07 to 16/07 (today) were there, but were also empty.
I've contacted support (useless), tried what these threads (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-2/Dragon-Age-2-save-files-gone/td-p/4240737, https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/Origin-Cloud-Sync-deleted-saved-game-data-in-D..., and https://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-2/Dragon-Age-2-Server-Copy-overrode-my-local-copy-and-Saved-Fil...) suggested, prayed to the Ancient Gods, all with no luck. I also tried to see if Windows offered older versions of the folders in question (through "properties" --> "previous version"), but it didn't. They're not in the bin either.
Any suggestion?

Sorry to say @Scythiana but if your saves are not available and are not on your system then it is not possible for us to retrieve them.
You can try removing your most recent save and autosave from your character folder and then try again as in the past some users reported that this helped them restore their saves.
